Welcome to the On The Ball Theory! We know your time is precious, but if you can spend a few moments on these initial web pages, you'll still walk away with something...

We use the expression that someone is "On The Ball" all the time, but what does it really mean? Are some people more On The Ball than others? How do you get On The Ball if you are not already?

In a nutshell, the theory stems from two assumptions (which we believe to be true), and a conclusion that provides the framework for the theory.

At a minimum, this site is a "self-help" site, and you will find thing that you can apply to your everyday life. Additionally, portions of this site lend itself to being a "self-awareness" and “self-improvement” site, in that it provides an opportunity for you to think about yourself, strengths and possible areas for growth, and leverage this reflection as a foundation for a path forward.

This site has been designed to provide and allow the following:

  • A Framework for thought and discussion

  • Be Flexible - and applicable to a wide range of scenarios, in work and in life

  • Be Fun - hopefully you will have a smile on your face as you read along.

In a world of "means to an end" we don't know if this site will contain all of the "end" answers for you, but we do hope it makes you think along the way. And if we have provoked your thinking enough for you to take action of some kind, then we've accomplished what we set out to do.
